#Goal_setting is an imperative skill that must be learned. It’s a technique that will make you define what you want in a specific and clear way and how to create a #process to achieve it.
Goal settings and #vision_boarding (#visualization) are used by many of the most successful individuals and prominent people in the world.
Course Objectives and Learning Outcomes
• Define your goals clearly on the personal and professional level
• Set a goal, create an action plan and maintain it using the Rapid Planning Method (RPM)
• Increase your decision making ability and develop your strategic thinking
• Get your dream job, promotion, career or business, and increase your income
• Specialized self-development and target matching opportunities of your dream career goal
• Learn about cascading goals: the #organization, team and personal #work with delegation and time #management
• Recognize the 7 principles of power
• Define #strategies that you can apply to overcome obstacles, fear, lack of #confidence, confusion, bad #habits, and procrastination
• Enhance time management #skills to ensure a work-life balance
• Create a vision board as a visual representation of your goals that will make your subconscious mind act towards achieving these #goals
